Meet Fraser

Fraser is a founder, mindfulness practitioner, and resilience advocate with over 13 years of entrepreneurial experience, who lives with lifelong simultaneous nociceptive and neuropathic pain. Holding a B.A. in Media and Communication alongside a CPD Level 3 Diploma in Coaching and Mindfulness, Fraser combines structured communication expertise with deep, holistic practice. His journey in mindfulness spans over 15 years of continuous yoga and meditation training under the guidance of Manjulika Singh MBE.

Six years ago, Fraser survived a life-altering blunt trauma accident that left seven glass shards permanently embedded in his chest and lung tissue, leaving him with lifelong intercostal nerve pain. Rather than allowing chronic pain or past adversity to define him, he transformed his recovery into a daily masterclass in fortitude, somatic awareness, and grounded positivity. Through hundreds of hours of advanced coaching, hypnotherapy training, and personal therapeutic work, Fraser built a framework for living with clarity, purpose, and unshakeable inner peace.

A survivor turned advocate, Fraser brings his message of intentional living, open dialogue, and emotional strength to stages and digital communities worldwide, following his public speaking and group training debuts in late 2025.

Testimonials

Fraser, I had a breakthrough today. Very unexpected! In the mornings, my thoughts are usually gravitating toward, rehashing, and trying to “make good” past traumatic events. I used to swim upstream in that to “raise my vibration.” But that does not appear to have been workable in my situation. Ra (in the Law of One) taught allowing feelings to be felt completely, and (I’m paraphrasing) all the way to the bottom. I embraced that and have felt ever so much better ever since. It’s a counterpoint between “wisdom” and “compassion.” My inability to feel much joy, gratitude, or be focused on those things is what I have always felt intimidated about around people such as yourself, who seem to feel them all the time and just see the best in people all the time. (You asked me about that, and I didn’t remember to answer.)

Well, Ra also taught that all these things would fall away naturally on their own when they were ready to. Oh boy, did that happen… So unbidden… today. I was thinking about some traumatic circumstances that had unfolded in the process of procuring my first car… in 1982. Rehashing and trying to “make it right” retrospectively. When all of a sudden, I remembered feelings of having enjoyed that car SO MUCH. I got such a twinkle in my eye. And immediately, I saw a new possibility for me in my life generally. Now, despite having dreaded being in a perceived, possibly even unworkable, time crunch in my business for the next two weeks, I was also able to tune into the satisfaction of having slogged, very successfully, through two very difficult tax returns in the last few days. And now I’m feeling the gratitude and the enjoyment of doing the work that I’m doing. I don’t know WHEN the last time was that I felt that.

I’m sure that witnessing your way of showing up in the world really gave me a catalyst, discomfort and all, and that my subconscious mind was just kind of ready to take that on too… even though it occurred as simply spontaneous and out of the blue. I want to say thank you SO MUCH for your invaluable contribution to my healing and freedom. Much love to you, my friend.

I’m so grateful for meeting Fraser.

He’s been such an amazing human being, and I’m really grateful for all his support and kind words.

Initially, when I signed up for his workshop (From Pain to Peace), I didn’t know what to expect. But I’m so glad that I did, because the workshop was held at a time I needed to hear everything he shared.

Thank you very much for always listening without judgement, and for being so awesome.

Tonight I was at a wonderful workshop by the main man himself, Fraser. Fraser speaks from experience and his beautiful heart. I learned a lot, especially the sleep part. At the moment, I have a lot on my mind and find it hard to switch off, but with Fraser’s guidance, and especially the part about arguments and conflicts, I am going to try calling them misunderstandings from now on. As Fraser said, every experience, whether good or bad, and especially the negative ones for me, I am going to say there’s a lesson and blessings in it. Fraser is a very wise, authentic young man. I was privileged to attend his first of many more wonderful workshops. Thank you, Fraser, you taught me three important lessons this evening. Very much appreciated 👏 Highly recommend attending one of these workshops. Thank you, Fraser, you will go far, my pal.
